Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 or 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened software or licenses
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your laptop for the same model, contact us at info@laptopmachines.com within 7 days of receiving the item.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective laptop:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@laptopmachines.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the situation.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, you must wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return request.


7. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective
